CHG - Caracciolo Hospitality Group

8-12 febbraio 2025

CHG x Strade Maestre

“In Naples, we have been incredibly lucky. We are, no joke, being hosted in a 4s* hotel (one of the most luxurious, fanciest and chicest hotels in Naples) for free! […] This place has everything. The beds feel like a warm embrace, the sheets are fresh, the showers are large, high-pressure, and hot. There’s shampoos and conditioners creams and bathrooms. Cleaners that come and clean your rooms and make your bed. And there’s even a wellness retreat area and gym. And more! — everything is just wow! […]

The buffet breakfast at this hotel—holy guacamole!! It was so good. The quality of the food was top-level, and the dining area… don’t even get me started. I’m blown away by this place, as you would be when faced with an endless spread of incredible food.

We had a meeting with the hotel director and the sustainability manager. I learned so much, but the main takeaway was that this hotel is far more than just a place to stay. […] These people care—deeply. They care about the land they are on and the community around them. Many of their staff have ties to the palace’s history, either having lived here themselves or being related to the families who once did.

They offer jobs to refugees and people facing hardships, introducing them to the world of professional hospitality. They even collaborate with the Associazione Italiana Persone Down (AIPD) to train individuals with Down syndrome.

They care about beauty, art, and music. About sustainability and eco-friendliness. And they have the most compassionate and welcoming staff, who take the time to learn your name and greet you warmly each time you enter.

But ultimately, what makes this hotel truly extraordinary isn’t just its stunning walls—it’s the people behind them. These are the same people who are fascinated by our project and have generously chosen to host us for free.”

Il progetto Strade Maestre sarà oggetto di
